My daughter was concerned because hers are already dirty. My response, "That means you are having fun and playing. Do you think Mommy worries about getting her running shoes dirty? If I did, I wouldn't be outside running and having fun!"<br /><br />Go out there, have fun!Erica Gormanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16760964844822684302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1528976842290078378.post-87494616110984371212011-08-08T14:49:51.290-07:002011-08-08T14:49:51.290-07:00It's funny, I'm sort of the opposite - I a...It's funny, I'm sort of the opposite - I always feel like spanking new shoes makes me look like less of a runner :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1528976842290078378.post-13882140520763470222011-08-08T13:46:20.881-07:002011-08-08T13:46:20.881-07:00I do not have an answer to that question. Just ha...I do not have an answer to that question. Just having gotten new shoes myself, I am faced with this situation right now. My friend wants to do a trail run on Wed. This trail is notorious for having a few boggy, muddy spots no matter how long it's been dry. No matter how much I try to avoid it, I always get mud on my shoes. I do NOT want to get my new pretties dirty, but my old shoes are trashed. Unlike my friend, I don't own 10+ pairs of shoes including 2 or 3 black shoes that are specifically for dirty trail runs.Heidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14349360501591800990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1528976842290078378.post-90530586512768754702011-08-08T12:40:24.099-07:002011-08-08T12:40:24.099-07:00I'm opposite.
