This week I finally got out-of-my-mind insane serious about really cross training and started Insanity. I have also been pushing Little Bug Man in the jogging stroller and an extra 40 pounds of crap to entertain him.
Even though I knew I had been reducing calories in, not reducing my non-treadmill mileage and adding in an additional 30+ minutes of high intensity exercise a day, I thought it would be a great idea to do 10 miles yesterday pushing LBM and then jump right into Insanity.
LBM captured the feeling best.
Day # 402

ReplyDeleteI am now officially smiling - thanks!
ReplyDeleteYou're a machine!
ReplyDeletethat is how i feel right now...he said it best! and I love his blonde hair:)
ReplyDeleteWhat do you bring for his entertainment? I have been having bad luck with stroller toys, mostly because she's in the "throw stuff for Mommy to fetch!" stage. I would LOVE for her to sit (quietly) for 10 miles!
ReplyDeleteWOW! I am exhausted just thinking about all the activity you are doing! I love the picture...too funny. Are you planning on running and cross training on the same day? Or will cross training mean a break in the running streak?
ReplyDeleteAwwww, he's spent!
ReplyDeleteYou are INSANE! :)))
ReplyDeleteHahaha....he's adorable. And he looks like me after my bike ride last weekend :).
