Pumpkins desserts.
I found a new recipe and will be sharing it closer to the Holidays
Believe me, you will want to write it down!
Non-food Current Shame-Inducing Guilty Pleasure:
Stalking race websites for registration days.  Oh yeah, life on the edge baby!
Which Outfit did I Wear the Most:

After boring you with a million self photos it seems like I rarely take one during my runs.

I have been typically wearing my 2010 FOTM white shirt and yellow running skirt (inside version)

Layered long sleeve tech top and tights (outside cold version)

A Mix of tops and my Nike shorts (outside warm version)

Running my farthest distance yet thanks to the Stone Mill 50 Miler

Current Goals

Working slowly at dropping that extra pudge

Current Blessing:

Every single day in my life. A gift.
Current Excitement:

S'ghetti Girl landed a part in her fifth grade play!

So exciting news in the coming month.

Already registered for two spring 50ks
Current Concern
Surviving the holiday madness.

Working out fitting all S'ghetti girl's practices into an already hectic schedule.

Adopting a plan that allows all my goals to be achievable.

How did your November days add up?

  1. I can't believe you ran 2 ultras in one month, that's nuts! Great job making me feel sane :)

  2. Amazing month! I'm seriously in awe of your mileage...so impressive!

  3. That's one jam packed month...looking forward to hearing about the pumpkin recipe - major weakness for me!

  4. Seriously impressed with your mileage and all your activities!!

  5. Been following your blog for a couple of months
You are one serious runner! Your running streak is awesome, as is the mileage you put it! Plus the busy family life, whew..tired just thinking about it. So,take a quite minute, grab a few breath's now and then and take great pride in who you are and what you accomplish! Your hard on yourself which makes you who you are and surely contributes toward your achievments, but KNOW that YOU ARE a great example of what one can do and that is inspirational!

  6. You had an awesome month! Two ultras in one month is super studly. Anxious to hear what you put on the calendar for 2012. And pumpkin anything--yum!

  7. I had a good month in November. My parents took us to Disney World and I worked out with my husband every day while we were there. :) It was a great trip. I'm trying to tame my mileage because I want to be fresh and spunky when January rolls around and I begin my training for Boston! You continue to amaze me Shelly! And I only hope that SOMEDAY we could run on a trail together! :)

  8. Congrats on November - all good things! 5 ultras this year just blows my mind.

  9. You had a great November!! Congrats on finishing another ultra.

  10. Just found your blog. (How did it take me so long to get over here?)

As I'm typing, I'm in open-jawed amazement at your running streak. (And here I was proud that I ran 14 days in a row. Ha! You might be my inspiration to keep this going!)
