How did your November days add up?
I can't believe you ran 2 ultras in one month, that's nuts! Great job making me feel sane :)
ReplyDeleteAmazing month! I'm seriously in awe of your mileage...so impressive!
ReplyDelete:)
That's one jam packed month...looking forward to hearing about the pumpkin recipe - major weakness for me!
ReplyDeleteSeriously impressed with your mileage and all your activities!!

Been following your blog for a couple of months
ReplyDeleteYou are one serious runner! Your running streak is awesome, as is the mileage you put it! Plus the busy family life, whew..tired just thinking about it. So,take a quite minute, grab a few breath's now and then and take great pride in who you are and what you accomplish! Your hard on yourself which makes you who you are and surely contributes toward your achievments, but KNOW that YOU ARE a great example of what one can do and that is inspirational!
You had an awesome month! Two ultras in one month is super studly. Anxious to hear what you put on the calendar for 2012. And pumpkin anything--yum!
ReplyDeleteI had a good month in November. My parents took us to Disney World and I worked out with my husband every day while we were there. :) It was a great trip. I'm trying to tame my mileage because I want to be fresh and spunky when January rolls around and I begin my training for Boston! You continue to amaze me Shelly! And I only hope that SOMEDAY we could run on a trail together! :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on November - all good things! 5 ultras this year just blows my mind.
ReplyDeleteYou had a great November!! Congrats on finishing another ultra.
ReplyDeleteJust found your blog. (How did it take me so long to get over here?)
ReplyDeleteAs I'm typing, I'm in open-jawed amazement at your running streak. (And here I was proud that I ran 14 days in a row. Ha! You might be my inspiration to keep this going!)
