Wondering on Wednesday

I don't know how special you are but I am all kinds of special.

How do I know that I am special?  Well, take last night for example.  After being complete angels while I ran 8 miles on the treadmill, I was treated to private show via the singing and dancing talents of my two year old as he headlined from the coffee table.

Don't worry.  I'll smuggle in my phone and video it for you next time so you won't feel left out.

I am all kinds of special. Who nows what they'll surprise me with tonight!

What makes you think you're all kinds of special?

  2. Every morning in the school drop off line, the loving argument between my son and I "No, I love you more than you love me, No, I love YOU more, than you love me" It's quite nauseating to the other kids walking by :-)

And I can't leave out the girl. She tells me she loves me about 20 times a day and is my shadow 24/7. As frustrating as the shadowing part is, I'm taking it! I know she won't think I'm this special forever :-(
Well, maybe for just a teenage year or two. I don't want to think about that yet!

  5. How could that NOT make your day!

I feel special right now because of the outpuring of comments and emails on my latest race from people who don't even (really) know me! People who really seem to care. What an amazing community...

  15. Awww, I miss those performances. Thanks for sharing LBM. My guy just turned eight and he still thinks I'm all kinds of special (I hope he always does). The magic is wearing off with my baby girl. She's nine, going on thirty.
